Inner Child

Who is this inner child?

What are they doing?

I say, it’s the pure, unadulterated essence of somebody.

If one can recondition their mind to be free of judgment and shame, working their way up the Hawkin’s Scale toward Joy, then they are connecting with what we identify as the inner child.

Perhaps, the greatest minds of all our time have simply embraced their inner child and stayed open to learning for the entirety of their lives.

If, learning is growing, and writing is thinking, then we can write to learn and grow our thoughts! The more we write, the better we think, and the better we think is the better we learn.

It seems like, maybe,

Journaling is a great way to connect with the inner truth.

Let it out! See how you really feel. What good is it all bottled up inside, anyway?
